About Gippy Grewal
Gippy Grewal comes from Koom Kalan near Ludhiana and started out singing at weddings before releasing his debut album Chakk Ley in 2002. His hit Phulkari made him a household name, and Angreji Beat with Yo Yo Honey Singh became one of the biggest Punjabi party songs of its era, later featuring in the Bollywood film Cocktail.
He went on to become one of the leading figures in Punjabi cinema as an actor, writer, producer and director, with films such as Carry On Jatta, Jatt James Bond and Ardaas, which marked his directing debut. He has won multiple Best Actor awards and Best Debut Director at the Filmfare Punjabi Awards.
Because he began as a wedding singer, Gippy knows how to work a function crowd. His set is packed with party anthems that older and younger guests all know, making him a headline choice for a big reception.

Booking is for the future 01/08/26, but feel very confident and organised sorting this out before time! Will come back and leave a review after the event, but Sanj has been very active in helping with the booking, thank you
