About Heera Group UK
Heera formed in Southall in 1979 and grew into one of the defining bands of the 1980s British bhangra scene. The classic line up featured singers Kumar and Palvinder Dhami, and the band's album Diamonds from Heera became a landmark release.
Their hits include Maar Chhadapa, Jago Wala Mela, Teri Akh De Ishare, Dil Mera Lai Gayee and Bhabi Te Nanaan Nachdi, many of which are still played at weddings today. In 1988 they became the first bhangra band to appear on mainstream British television when they performed on Blue Peter, and Maar Chhadapa featured in the 2019 film Blinded by the Light. They received a Lifetime Achievement award at the UK Asian Music Awards in 2008.
Heera have played weddings and stages around the world for decades, so they know how to deliver a full live bhangra show that brings every generation together.

Thank you Jeeven & Party events for organising Dholies
Well I have been in touch with Jeeven who organises events for party central and he has been great help. His customer service is excellent, he has been very patient and helpful with finding a package best suited for my requirements even there were few change and chop about timing & Dates. Jeeven is a very friendly guy and easy to communicate with as well as very quick in responses. So thank you Jeeven for organising Dholies for me.

Booking is for the future 01/08/26, but feel very confident and organised sorting this out before time! Will come back and leave a review after the event, but Sanj has been very active in helping with the booking, thank you
