Excellent customer service from Jeevan…
Excellent customer service from Jeevan and the Party Central team. Made an enquiry on Saturday and everything confirmed by Monday morning! A professional service making me feel at ease and confident for the Dhol player booked. Pricing is also very reasonable!

What can a ballerina add to an event?

Event ballerinas are classically trained dancers who bring calm, elegant movement to a room. They can perform short ballet pieces, move slowly through the crowd en pointe, or pose and dance on a small plinth like a figure from a music box.

Costume options include classic tutus, frosted winter looks, mirrored costumes and clockwork-style ballerinas with a turning key. They suit drinks receptions, winter wonderland and Christmas themes, weddings and launches for beauty and fashion brands.

Where it works best

Drinks receptions
Graceful movement while guests mingle.
Winter wonderland
Frosted tutus and icy looks.
Christmas parties
A Nutcracker feel for the festive season.
Weddings
An elegant moment between ceremony and dinner.
Fashion and beauty launches
Poise and polish for a premium brand.
Music-box moments
A ballerina turning on a plinth as guests pass.

Tips from our team

1
Give them a suitable floor
Pointe work needs a smooth, clean, non-slip floor. Carpet and grass limit what a dancer can do.
2
Use a plinth for impact
A raised plinth lifts the ballerina above the crowd and makes a natural photo spot.
3
Plan the music
Ballet pieces need their own track. We agree the cue with your DJ or AV team.

Frequently asked questions

How much do ballerinas cost in Portishead?

Every booking is quoted individually, because the price of ballerinas depends on availability, your date, location and travel, how long you need them and your exact requirements. Send us your date and venue and we will come back with clear options. Quotes are free with no obligation.

Can ballerinas perform on carpet?

They can do gentle walkabout and posing, but full ballet pieces need a smooth hard floor or a small dance board.

How long do ballerinas perform for?

Usually in sets with short breaks, as pointe work is demanding. We plan the sets around your timings.

Can a ballerina be styled to our theme?

Yes. Winter, festive, mirrored and garden looks are all popular. Tell us your theme and colours.

Which venues near Portishead can hold a large Asian wedding?

On our list, Empire Museum (Brunel's Old Station) (up to 520 guests) can take 400 or more guests. Tell us your venue and numbers and we will plan ballerinas around the space.

Do venues around Portishead have sound limits for dhol or music?

Many hotels and country houses set a sound limit or an end time, and some ask for unplugged dhol indoors. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check its rules before we confirm anything.

Which postcodes around Portishead do you cover?

All of BS11, BS20, BS21 and BS48, including Pill, North Somerset, Easton-in-Gordano, Nailsea, Backwell and Clevedon, plus the rest of Bristol and nearby Bristol, Wrington, Weston-super-Mare and Thornbury.

What time will the ballerinas arrive, and how will they look?

They arrive smartly dressed and on time, usually 30 to 45 minutes before the performance, so they are ready the moment you need them. We share arrival times and a contact number with you before the day.

Are your ballerinas vetted and insured?

Yes. Every partner is vetted by our team before they are listed. They hold public liability insurance and certificates, carry out risk assessments, and any electrical equipment they bring is PAT tested. Venues often ask for these documents and we can supply them.

How far in advance should I book ballerinas?

For weddings and summer weekends, book as early as you can, ideally several months ahead, as the best dates go first. We can often help at short notice too, so it is always worth asking.

Do you cover Portishead and the rest of Bristol?

Yes. We book ballerinas in Portishead, across Bristol and the whole of South West, for venues, homes and outdoor events.
