Our basic decor package starts from £1,250. Guest numbers, the size of the room, real or artificial flowers, centrepieces, backdrops and lighting all shape the final price. From prices are a guide only. Your final price depends on availability, your date, location and travel, time on site and your exact requirements, plus anything else your event needs. Travel to London is included in your quote.

A starting package covers styling for the main areas of your room. Your quote lists exactly what is included, and you can add centrepieces, backdrops, flowers and lighting.

Yes. Send us your colours, outfits or a mood board and we will design around them.

Artificial flowers are more affordable and stay perfect all day. Real flowers bring fragrance and a natural look but cost more and depend on the season. Many couples mix the two.

It depends on the size of the room and the design. Larger setups can take several hours, so we agree access times with your venue well in advance.

On our list, Grand Connaught Rooms (up to 500 guests) and The Londoner Leicester Square (up to 400 guests) can take 400 or more guests. Tell us your venue and numbers and we will plan event decor around the space.

Many hotels and country houses set a sound limit or an end time, and some ask for unplugged dhol indoors. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check its rules before we confirm anything.

The team arrives in good time to set up before your guests arrive, smartly presented and on schedule. Setup time depends on the size of your booking, so we agree access times with your venue in advance and share them with you.

Yes. Every partner is vetted by our team before they are listed. They hold public liability insurance and certificates, carry out risk assessments, and any electrical equipment they bring is PAT tested. Venues often ask for these documents and we can supply them.

For weddings and summer weekends, book as early as you can, ideally several months ahead, as the best dates go first. We can often help at short notice too, so it is always worth asking.
