Mandap hire starts from £1,995 without a stage. The starting price includes everything apart from the stage and stage carpeting, and does not include an archway or mandap gate. The size of the mandap and whether you choose real or artificial flowers make the biggest difference to the final price. From prices are a guide only. Your final price depends on availability, your date, location and travel, time on site and your exact requirements, plus anything else your event needs. Travel to Mole Valley is included in your quote.

Not always. Many venues have a raised area or a space that works without one. A stage lifts the ceremony so every guest can see, and it looks better in photos in a large hall. We can advise once we know your venue and guest numbers.

Artificial flowers are more affordable and look the same in every photo. Real flowers bring fragrance and a softer, natural look but cost more and depend on the season. Many couples mix the two, using real flowers where guests are closest.

Setup usually takes 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the size and design. Pack down time depends on the setup, and we agree access times with your venue in advance so it fits around your day.
