    Solid

Thanks Sanj, super swift and very efficient booking! The dholis were both ace, super accommodating of random requests and an unorthodox set up. Everyone loved them, would book again and will recommend highly to all!

What do promo models and brand ambassadors do?

Promo models and brand ambassadors represent your brand at events, launches, trade shows and retail activations. They greet visitors, hand out samples and information, scan leads and keep the energy up on a stand or in a venue.

They are briefed on your product and key messages before the day and wear your branded uniform or a themed costume. Some double as hosts, human tables or models for photo shoots and catwalk moments.

Where it works best

  • Trade shows

    Drawing people onto your stand.

  • Product launches

Welcoming guests and sharing key messages.

  • Sampling

Handing out products in venues and stores.

  • Venue openings

A polished welcome at the door.

  • Retail activations

    In-store staff for a campaign.

  • Photo shoots

Models for campaigns and event content.

Tips from our team

  1. 1

    Brief them properly

A short product briefing and key messages help ambassadors talk with confidence.

  2. 2

    Supply the uniform early

If you want branded clothing, send sizes and items ahead of the day.

  3. 3

    Agree the goal

Leads, samples or footfall. Tell us what success looks like and we brief the team on it.

Frequently asked questions

How much do promo models and brand ambassadors cost in Rugby?

Every booking is quoted individually, because the price of promo models and brand ambassadors depends on availability, your date, location and travel, how long you need them and your exact requirements. Send us your date and venue and we will come back with clear options. Quotes are free with no obligation.

Will the team know our product?

Yes, with a briefing. Send us your key messages and we pass them on before the day.

Can they wear our uniform?

Yes. Supply branded clothing, or we can suggest a themed costume instead.

Can we book them for several days?

Yes. Trade shows and campaigns often run over several days. Tell us the dates and hours.

Which venues near Rugby can hold a large Asian wedding?

On our list, Stoneleigh Park (up to 2000 guests), Sports Connexion (up to 1000 guests), IXL Events Centre (up to 750 guests) and Hinckley Island Hotel (up to 650 guests) can take 400 or more guests. Tell us your venue and numbers and we will plan promo models and brand ambassadors around the space.

Do venues around Rugby have sound limits for dhol or music?

Many hotels and country houses set a sound limit or an end time, and some ask for unplugged dhol indoors. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check its rules before we confirm anything.

Which postcodes around Rugby do you cover?

All of CV21, CV22 and CV23, including Long Lawford, Kilsby, Brinklow, Clifton upon Dunsmore, Cawston and Dunchurch, plus the rest of Warwickshire and nearby Lutterworth, Daventry, Coventry and Southam.

What time will the promo models and brand ambassadors arrive, and how will they look?

They arrive smartly dressed and on time, usually 30 to 45 minutes before the performance, so they are ready the moment you need them. We share arrival times and a contact number with you before the day.

Are your promo models and brand ambassadors vetted and insured?

Yes. Every partner is vetted by our team before they are listed. They hold public liability insurance and certificates, carry out risk assessments, and any electrical equipment they bring is PAT tested. Venues often ask for these documents and we can supply them.

How far in advance should I book promo models and brand ambassadors?

For weddings and summer weekends, book as early as you can, ideally several months ahead, as the best dates go first. We can often help at short notice too, so it is always worth asking.

Do you cover Rugby and the rest of Warwickshire?

Yes. We book promo models and brand ambassadors in Rugby, across Warwickshire and the whole of West Midlands, for venues, homes and outdoor events.
