Wedding Horses
in Leamington Spa

Wedding horse hire starts from £525, and that includes an experienced horse handler who stays with the horse the whole time. Travel distance, how long the horse is needed and any extras such as a carriage affect the final price. From prices are a guide only. Your final price depends on availability, your date, location and travel, time on site and your exact requirements, plus anything else your event needs. Travel to Leamington Spa is included in your quote.

Yes. Every booking comes with an experienced handler who brings the horse, stays with it the whole time and takes care of its welfare.

Most families book the horse for the baraat and the groom's arrival. If you would like photos before or after, tell us and we will build the time into your quote.

Most venues welcome a horse outside, but some have rules about access, surfaces or parking for the horsebox. Tell us the venue and we will check before we confirm.

Horses are used to working outdoors and light rain is not a problem. In severe weather the handler will always put the safety of the horse, the groom and your guests first, and we talk you through the options.

Yes, and most families do. Dhol players leading the groom on horseback is the classic baraat, and booking both through us means one plan and one set of timings.

On our list, Stoneleigh Park (up to 2000 guests), Sports Connexion (up to 1000 guests), IXL Events Centre (up to 750 guests) and British Motor Museum (up to 600 guests) can take 400 or more guests. Tell us your venue and numbers and we will plan wedding horses around the space.

Many hotels and country houses set a sound limit or an end time, and some ask for unplugged dhol indoors. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we will check its rules before we confirm anything.

Yes. Baraats in Leamington Spa usually start at the family home, a meeting point near the venue or outside a local mandir, with dhol leading the groom in. Tell us the start point, the venue and roughly how long the walk is and we will plan the timings.
