More venues are selling experiences, not just rooms. A themed dining night, a grotto in December or a family trail at Easter gives people a reason to book and a reason to come back. We work with hotels, wedding barns, guildhalls, garden centres, community spaces, bars, nightlife venues, shopping centres and exhibition halls to plan and staff those events.

You bring the space and the idea. We help shape the concept, cast performers, design costumes, edit music and rehearse each piece to suit the room, including low ceilings and tight backstage areas. We can also supply performers to film promotional content before launch, so you have something to sell with.

Beyond one-off nights, we help venues plan a calendar that makes use of every space: brunch entertainment, networking evenings, themed Christmas parties, weddings, milestone birthdays and school holiday activities. We introduce event dressers, temporary structure builders and AV teams, and manage the entertainment on opening dates until your team is confident running it.

FAQs

Venue Entertainment: your questions

Can you create a themed dining show from scratch?

Yes. We develop the concept with you, cast and costume the performers, edit the music and rehearse each section to fit your room and service timings.

Our ceilings are low. Does that rule out aerial or showpiece acts?

Not always. We adapt routines to the space and suggest acts that need less height. Photos with measurements, or a site visit, help us advise.

Can you supply performers for a recurring event?

Yes. We can book the same cast across a series of dates and keep trained cover in place.

How early should we plan seasonal events?

For grottos and festive party nights, start talking to us in the summer. Easter and half-term activities are best planned two to three months ahead.

Do you help with staging, decor and AV?

We focus on the entertainment, but we can introduce event dressers, structure builders and AV suppliers we trust and coordinate with them.

Can you help us promote the event?

We can supply performers for photo shoots and teaser videos, and share images for your marketing, subject to performer permissions.
