About Bhinda Jatt
Bhinda Jatt is a Punjabi bhangra singer based in California, known across the scene as the California King. He began by singing at home as a hobby until producer Inderjit Bains heard him and encouraged him to record. His debut album California King arrived in the 1990s and gave him the name he still performs under, followed by releases such as Folk Warrior of California and It's All Good.
He grew up listening to and singing the songs of Surinder Shinda, and that folk grounding runs through his music. Tracks like Jatt Diyan Boliyan and Nachdi Di Video made him a regular on bhangra playlists, and he has kept recording for nearly thirty years, returning with Kala Chadra and the Still The California King EP.
Bhinda Jatt is a strong fit for families who love traditional bhangra. His boliyan and folk style songs work especially well for giddha and bhangra moments at mehndi nights and receptions.

Booking is for the future 01/08/26, but feel very confident and organised sorting this out before time! Will come back and leave a review after the event, but Sanj has been very active in helping with the booking, thank you
