About Premi Johal
Premi Johal is the singer and poet who founded the band Premi in Southall in 1981, alongside tumbi player Pali Cheema and producer Kuljit Bhamra. AllMusic called them pioneers of pop bhangra, and The Guardian has named them among the most famous UK bhangra acts.
Their albums include Chhammak Jehi Mutiar Da, Mein Tere Hogayee, At The Front Line and Record Breaker, and songs like "Tina O Tina", "Giddha Pa Nikkiey" and "Nachdi Di Gooth Khulgaye" remain wedding classics. "Nachdi Di Gooth Khulgaye" was voted into the BBC's Greatest Bhangra Anthems in 2013. John Peel championed the band and they recorded a Peel Session for BBC Radio 1 in 1987.
Premi Johal brings real heritage and a set full of songs that older guests know word for word. It is a great fit for weddings and anniversaries with a strong family crowd.

Thank you Jeeven & Party events for organising Dholies
Well I have been in touch with Jeeven who organises events for party central and he has been great help. His customer service is excellent, he has been very patient and helpful with finding a package best suited for my requirements even there were few change and chop about timing & Dates. Jeeven is a very friendly guy and easy to communicate with as well as very quick in responses. So thank you Jeeven for organising Dholies for me.

So managed to a booking for my daughter’s engagement party! Was happy to discuss needs with Sanj. Booking is for the future 01/08/26, but feel very confident and organised sorting this out before time! Will come back and leave a review after the event, but Sanj has been very active in helping with the booking, thank you
